Carole Akatcherian Schoucair

Carole is an ICF Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), member of ICF Lebanon Chapter. She graduated from CTI (the Coaches Training Institute) in 2007, which is a US-based leading coaching school.
She has a 10-year extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams, be it in the corporate world or not, in Lebanon and abroad.

Her first contract was landed with Paris City Hall, where she coached senior executives responsible for divisions comprising several hundred people. Armed with this highly rewarding experience, she returned to Beirut, and works since with the corporate community and various teams and groups of people. This made her realize the importance of conflict management and resolution and led her to pursue a diploma in Mediation (2016) from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.

Moreover, ongoing education being an essential component of skills improvement, she still attends various international trainings and workshops.

In her coaching approach, she is strongly convinced that each and everyone is able to live the life they’d like to live and ultimately fulfill their dreams. She is also firmly of the belief that coaching is a powerful accompaniment process that allows each person to tap into their resources and brilliance. She adopts the co- active principles and tools to reach this target.

“Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.” Goethe
