Who is the Coach?
CAROLE AKATCHERIAN SCHOUCAIR is an ICF Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), graduated from CTI (the Coaches Training Institute) in 2007, a US-based leading coaching school.
She has a 10-year extensive experience in coaching
individuals and teams, be it in the corporate world or not, in
Lebanon and abroad. In her coaching approach, she is strongly
convinced that each and every one is able to live the life
they’d like to live and ultimately fulfill their dreams. She is also firmly the belief that coaching is a powerful accompaniment process that allows each person to tap into their resources and brilliance. She adopts the co-active approach and tools to reach this target.
Carole coaches individuals in all environment of life to help them optimize their potential and achieve their goals whether on a personal or professional level.
Her experience in team coaching also allows her to promote cohesion, motivation, leadership skills, and address conflict management issues.

Specificity of co-active coaching:
It is a coaching relationship in which the coach and the client are active collaborators. This relationship is an alliance between two equals for the purpose of meeting the client’s needs and goals.

Coaching involves one session per week depending on the situation, over a minimum three-months 3period.
