This 3-days workshop will be highly interactive and will focus on building and mastering skills to address different situations taken from various areas of life (including professional ones). There will be plenty of role-play through varied, innovative and unreleased tools.

Professionals who deal with individuals or teams throughout their work or business: Therapists and care professionals, teachers, social workers, executives, HRs…
Individuals who are interested in learning how to clarify issues and effectively address conflicts and challenges encountered in their private, social or family life.
Coaches who would like to add new coaching tools and strategies to their practice and perfect their skills through various exercises and scenarios.

DAY 1: Thursday January 31 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM
Practicing the required posture needed to promote positive and constructive communication and which behavior can promote an open flow.
Role- playing different scenarios while displaying specific attitudes.
Working on Discovery tools to acquire useful information and clear insights on a person or situation and then using them to move them forward.
DAY 2: Friday February 1 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM
Mastering the art of Questioning and how to build powerful and thought-provoking conversations.
Learning and practicing the components of a fruitful interaction.
Basing the interactive scenarios on innovative tools that involve following a specific line of Questioning to get an effective shift in attitudes.
DAY 3: Saturday February 2 from 9:00 to 2:00 PM
Handling a full coaching conversation from start to finish following a given structure
Insuring that the conversation addresses the different layers of the issue (beliefs, assumptions, barriers, blurry reasoning, uncertain objectives…) and learning how to spot them through verbal and nonverbal cues.
Role-playing every step Coaching requires by working on the different obstacles encountered until the right outcomes are materialized.
