In this cooking workshop, we will learn how to make healthy versions of your favorite sweet snacks using only a few healthy ingredients - 5 or less per recipe. You will see that these recipes are simple and we don’t need any sophisticated skills or equipment to nourish our bodies with wholesome bites. All you need is some organization, the right tools and knowledge. My goal is for you to leave this kitchen having had a fun time, equipped with some interesting nutritional information, feeling motivated and confident to start making the right changes for you and your family. All of the recipes we will be making are grain and refined sugar free (all are paleo + keto + vegan).
